MAC PRO LONGWEAR PAINT POT IN LET'S SKATE REVIEW AND SWATCH

Mac, Mac - give me more Mac! I was showered with Mac products at Christmas and this is one of the beauties I was lucky enough to have received. I have been wanting this for a good year now, playing with it each time I pop into Mac. Yet I never pushed myself to buy it - But here it is! This is stunning. Let's Skate is a pretty light pink pastel shade full of gold shimmer which tilts on the rose gold hue in certain lights. Mac Paint Pots are one of my favourite products, closely behind my number one - Lipsticks! These bad boys stay on the lid all day and act as a fantastic base to your shadow - Or wear alone! The shade Painterly continuously echoes around the blogger and Youtube community as the perfect base - And they're not wrong. I have previously wrote about Mooncake and Eclair which I adore! I'm excited to use this as a base for shimmery rose gold eyes, and as a shadow to brighten up my eyes!

CANDY CANE NAIL ART

I'm all for festive nails, and I am all for an accent nail. This is super easy to do if you have pigmented polishes. I popped on the candy cane first, making a hook shape with the white varnish. I obviously had to use a nail brush because no one can do nail art with the usual brush! After the white has dried I then added the red dashes and painted the rest of the nails red. With the same brush afer being cleaned I added dots onto the red nails and topped with a clear coat! Simple! It was super fun and looks great!
